Registration starts at 8.00h, there'll be breakfast & networking until the talks starts at 9.00h with the welcome keynote. We recommend arriving early to grab some coffee/tea, have breakfast and start networking before we dive into the day!

Each session track and workshops take place in a dedicated room which is numbered consecutively, e.g. Saal 1, Saal 2, etc. Saal 4, 5 and 7 are dedicated to the Workshops only. Watch out for the names in the top of our agenda (e.g. etc.). You can find the location of each room on the floorplans on-site.

Pre-Registration is required. If we reach full capacity we can’t take any on-site registrations anymore.

Yes! Kosmos Berlin has it's own reliable WiFi. SSID and password will be made available throughout the building.

Yes. Throughout the day, you'll be able to get free cold & warm beverages at the bar and several fridges throughout the building.
Lunch will be from 12.30 to 14:00. -
We will have a cloakroom near the entrance. Please note: The organizers are not responsible for the cloakroom and take no liability for any damages.

Organizers (and people close to them) will wear a "Förderverein AWS Community DACH"-Shirt throughout the day. Location-wise you will have a good chance to find someone at the registration and at the different stages.

No. While we see the benefit of having recordings afterwards, we also strongly believe in personal connections as a main focus for such an event.
Community is about discussing and networking with each other. As we believe this is something that has the most positive impact for such an event, we prioritize on the in-person experience.
